These terms and conditions govern your use of WBAPP, its client interfaces, and backend services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Software License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to deploy, execute, and configure WBAPP for your company in accordance with our terms of use.

2. Managed Hosting & Payments

Subscriptions to our cloud hosting or enterprise plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All payment gateway transactions are handled securely by Stripe or Razorpay. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Messaging Compliance & WhatsApp Policy

You are solely responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp broadcasts, notifications, and automations strictly follow Meta's Developer Policies and Business Messaging Rules. We are not responsible for phone number suspensions or blocks resulting from messaging misuse.
