This privacy policy describes how WBAPP collects, uses, and protects your information when you deploy and use our WhatsApp CRM system. As a self-hostable project, you maintain complete ownership and control of your database records and messaging metadata.

When utilizing our cloud hosted tier or managed instances, we collect information you explicitly provide (such as your account profile name, email, and authentication keys) along with system performance usage data to operate the service.

2. How We Use Information

We process your information to deliver the core features of the CRM, process transactions (via payment gateways like Stripe or Razorpay), secure account operations, and satisfy legal reporting obligations.

3. Third Party Services

We integrate with verified third-party utilities, including Meta Developer Platform (for WhatsApp Business API delivery) and Stripe/Razorpay (for subscription and payment processing). Please review their individual service policies separately.

4. Data Ownership & Self-Hosting

If you self-host WBAPP on your own servers or Supabase instance, all patient metadata, hotel guest bookings, and WhatsApp messaging chats reside entirely within your selected database infrastructure and are never transmitted to us.
